Frank Allen, Jr. appeals his conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Allen claims the district court2 erred by overruling his objections under Batson v. Kentucky, 476 U.S. 79, 106 S.Ct. 1712, 90 L.Ed.2d 69 (1986). Allen also appeals the district court's3 revocation of his supervised release. We affirm.
