Appellant LaDell DeAngelo Brown is a state prisoner seeking a petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. A Sacramento County Superior Court jury convicted Brown in 2005 of first degree murder, attempted murder, and attempted robbery with enhancements for firearm use and prior convictions.
