Tijani Ahmed Saani appeals the sentence he received after pleading guilty to five counts of filing a false tax return, a violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7206(1). Saani argues the district court erred in applying the United States Sentencing Guidelines by increasing his base offense level on the ground he significantly disrupted a governmental function and by denying him credit for acceptance of responsibility...
