KENNEDY, Circuit Judge.

Defendant-Appellant Juan Eugenio Marrero was convicted of possessing with intent to distribute crack cocaine and marijuana, for which crimes he was sentenced to 360 months' imprisonment. On appeal, Marrero raises a plethora of arguments challenging his conviction and sentence.
