COLLOTON, Circuit Judge.

Jose Bonilla-Siciliano was convicted of illegal reentry by an alien who was previously deported, in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326(a) and (b)(2). The district court1 sentenced him to 70 months' imprisonment. Bonilla-Siciliano appeals the district court's refusal to allow him to present a defense of necessity, and the court's denial of his purported request for a continuance. We affirm.
