Defendant Aniqa Halal Live Poultry Corp. ("Aniqa") appeals from an order of remand and award of attorney's fees and costs pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c) by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (John Gleeson, Judge). We rehearse the facts only insofar as we think it necessary to explain our resolution of the relatively narrow issue presented to us here.
