Primus James Demery was charged in a three-count indictment and convicted by a jury of abusive sexual contact in Indian country, sexual abuse in Indian country, and assault resulting in serious bodily injury in Indian country. The district court sentenced Demery to a term of 180 months' imprisonment on each of Counts One and Two, and 120 months' imprisonment on Count Three, to be served concurrently.
