Defendant-Appellant Cynthia Hurry née Keller appeals the district court's order denying her summary judgment on Plaintiff-Appellee Ricky Pittman's claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Hurry, a social worker employed by the Cuyahoga County Department of Children and Family Services ("CCDCFS"), was the primary case worker for Pittman's son Najee, who was removed from his mother's custody by CCDCFS.
