WYNN, Circuit Judge:

Plaintiff Debbie McCravy sued Defendant Metropolitan Life Insurance Company ("MetLife"), alleging, among other things, breach of fiduciary duty, and seeking damages under the "other appropriate equitable relief" provision of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C. § 1132(a)(3).
