Defendant Ehle was charged with one count of "knowingly receiving" child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(2)(A) and (b)(1), and one count of "knowingly possessing" the same child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B) and (b)(2).
