William Bullard ("Bullard") appeals his conviction and sentence for possession with intent to distribute cocaine base ("crack") under 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)-(b). Bullard challenges the district court's denial of his motion to suppress, argues that the disparities in sentencing between crack and powder cocaine offenses violate the Equal Protection and Due Process Clauses of the Constitution, and contends that the Fair Sentencing...
