In these consolidated appeals, Defendants-Appellants Shi Guang Li, Wei Kun Zhong, and Yong Jun Li (collectively, "Defendants") appeal their convictions for violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1325(a)(1), for attempting to enter the United States at a time or place not designated by immigration officers.
