Taurean Proch appeals his 190-month sentence of imprisonment imposed after he pleaded guilty to being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g) and 924(e). Proch challenges the application of the Armed Career Criminal Act ("ACCA"), 18 U.S.C. § 924(e), which imposes a mandatory minimum term of 15 years for those defendants convicted previously of three violent felonies or serious drug offenses...
