OPINION OF THE COURT

NYGAARD, Circuit Judge.

Warren was indicted on charges of intent to distribute fifty or more grams of crack cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(A)(iii), and possession of a firearm by a person previously convicted of a felony in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). He filed a pretrial motion to, inter alia, suppress evidence allegedly obtained in violation of his Miranda rights.
