Austin Resolutions, Inc. ("Austin") appeals the decision of the district court1 denying its motion for a new trial after a jury rendered a verdict in favor of plaintiff Safety National Casualty Corporation ("Safety National") on claims arising from a business dispute between the parties. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm.
