José Ramos-Cruz and Deborah López-Pagan (collectively "Plaintiffs") filed suit under the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act ("EMTALA") after their son died following a hospital transfer. The district court granted summary judgment in favor of the defendants. For the reasons stated below, we AFFIRM.
