RONALD LEE GILMAN, Circuit Judge.

Christopher Freeman pled guilty to one count of possessing stolen firearms, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(j). The district court imposed a sentence of 43 months' imprisonment and $27,000 in restitution for the value of the stolen weapons, minus the value of any items that are recovered. This prison term is 6 months above the applicable United States Sentencing Guidelines...
