Gordon E. Sussman was charged in Wisconsin state court with multiple counts of possession of child pornography, two counts of repeated sexual assault of the same minor and two counts of exhibiting harmful material to a minor. A jury convicted Mr. Sussman on the child pornography and sexual assault charges, but acquitted him of the harmful-material counts.
