HOLMES, Circuit Judge.

Defendant-Appellant Harrison Begaye pleaded guilty to a felony information alleging aggravated sexual abuse of his eleven-year-old daughter, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2241(a) and 1153(a). The district court calculated a advisory Guidelines range of 210 to 262 months' imprisonment. In sentencing Mr. Begaye, however, the district court departed upward, sentencing him to twenty-five years (i.e., 300 months) in prison to be followed...
