In this consolidated appeal, Isabelino Valarezo-Orobio ("Valarezo") and Gerardo Palomino-Moreno ("Palomino") appeal their convictions for operating or embarking upon a semi-submersible vessel, and conspiracy to do the same, in violation of Title 18 U.S.C. § 2285(a)-(b).
