MGA Entertainment, Inc.; Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.; and Toys "R" Us, Inc. (collectively, "MGA") appeal from the summary judgment decision of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana that the asserted claims of U.S. Patent 7,264,242 ("the '242 patent") were infringed and were not invalid for obviousness.
