Plaintiff-Appellant, McClenon Murkeldove, Jr., sought past-due benefits from the Social Security Commissioner, and his claim was denied. He subsequently appealed the decision to the district court. After the district court reversed the Social Security Commissioner's decision and remanded the case for further proceedings, Murkeldove applied for attorney's fees pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2412...
