REINHARDT, Circuit Judge:

Jose Hernandez Bonilla, Jr. appeals the district court's denial of his pre-sentencing motion to withdraw his guilty plea. Bonilla pled guilty to possession of an unregistered firearm and to being a felon in possession of a firearm.
