I.

We are asked to determine whether an affidavit prepared by a law enforcement officer provided a substantial basis for a Pennsylvania district justice's finding of probable cause to issue a search warrant. Appellant Stephen Miknevich was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography. These charges arose after police executed a search warrant at his home
