Tareq I.J. Abufayad, a native of Saudi Arabia and citizen of Palestine, petitions for review of a decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") affirming an immigration judge's ("IJ") determination that he is removable, pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1182(a)(3)(B)(i)(II), for being likely to engage in terrorist activity after entering the United States. He also seeks review of the BIA's determination that he does not qualify...
