Appellants Trishan Air, Inc. and Kerry Acquisitions, LLC (collectively Trishan) purchased an aviation insurance policy from Appellee Federal Insurance Co. (Federal). After an accident involving one of Trishan's corporate jets, Trishan filed a claim with Federal.
