DIANA GRIBBON MOTZ, Circuit Judge:

Orlando Crespin-Valladares and his wife and children ("the Crespins"), citizens of El Salvador, petition for review of a final order of removal entered by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). Crespin argues that he and his family deserve asylum because he fears persecution in El Salvador on account of his family ties. An immigration judge (IJ) accepted this argument and granted the Crespins' asylum application...
