A jury returned a guilty verdict against Kevin Boslau ("Boslau") for knowingly transferring four firearms to a prohibited person, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(d), and for making false statements in connection with the acquisition of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(6). The district court1 sentenced him to fifty-seven months of incarceration, followed by three years of supervised release...
