This appeal is from a district court's denial of a motion to reduce a sentence filed pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2). The issue is whether the Sentencing Guidelines preclude the application of a four-level enhancement for aggravated sexual abuse by force or threat pursuant to U.S.S.G. § 2A3.1(b)(1) when Appellant was also sentenced for his use of a firearm during a crime of violence pursuant to his 18 U.S.C. § 924(c) conviction...
