Appellant Shawntrail J. Lee appeals his sentence of 120 months' imprisonment, after a jury found him guilty of one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g). The district court sentenced Lee as a career offender under U.S. Sentencing Guidelines Section 2K2.1(a)(2), after finding that he had two prior felony convictions for crimes of violence. At issue...
