Stephen Thomas pled guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm, a violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1), 924(a)(2). The Presentence Investigation Report ("PSR") calculated an advisory sentencing guidelines range of 57 to 71 months' imprisonment.
