On September 12, 2008, Gary Cossey ("Cossey") was charged with two counts of possession of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B). Count One charged Cossey with possessing child pornography on his computer between September 13, 2003, and October 14, 2005.
