We previously issued an opinion in this case. Castle v. Appalachian Technical Coll., 627 F.3d 1366 (11th Cir.2010). However, the panel, on its own motion, has decided to vacate that opinion and substitute this one in its place in order to clarify the meaning of one sentence.
