Defendant-Appellant Chen Chiang Liu appeals his Nevada district court convictions for conspiracy to import, transfer, and sell high quality counterfeit United States currency. Liu contends that his trial was not timely held, in violation of the Speedy Trial Act ("STA"), 18 U.S.C. § 3161, et seq. He further argues that the district court plainly erred when it failed to give a multiple conspiracy jury instruction...
