A jury convicted Randolph Williams of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute heroin in contravention of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(C), 846. Williams appeals his conviction because of a stipulation which was published to the jury over his objection.
