OPINION

DIANA GRIBBON MOTZ, Circuit Judge:

A jury convicted Lamont Clinton King of possession with intent to distribute controlled substances, possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, and two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm. On appeal, King challenges his convictions on several grounds. We vacate one of his convictions and the accompanying sentence for being a felon in possession and remand for further proceedings...
