Plaintiff-appellant Martin Jakubowski suffers from Asperger's Disorder1 and was formerly employed as a family practice medical resident at The Christ Hospital, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio. He filed suit against Christ Hospital and the director of his program there, Dr. Philip Diller, after he was terminated from his position.
