RILEY, Chief Judge.

Tracy Wilburn appeals the district court's1 order affirming the Social Security Administration's (SSA) denial of Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits under Title XVI of the Social Security Act (Act). See 42 U.S.C. §§ 1381-1383(f). We affirm.
