After pleading guilty, Samuel Jay Turner appeals his total 300-month sentence for receiving child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(2) (count one), and possessing child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B) (count two). On appeal, Turner argues that the district court erred in applying a five-level sentencing enhancement for engaging in a "pattern of activity" involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor...
