Defendant-Appellant Andrew Hantzis challenges his conviction and sentence for possessing with the intent to distribute, and distributing, at least fifty grams of methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(A)(viii). He was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 211 months' imprisonment and five years of supervised release and ordered to pay a $4,000,000...
