OPINION

McKEAGUE, Circuit Judge.

Teamsters Local Union No. 783 ("Local 783") filed suit against Anheuser-Busch seeking to compel Anheuser-Busch to arbitrate a "grievance over Section 11 of the collective bargaining agreement and its effect on pension rights and benefits." The parties filed cross-motions for summary judgment. Local 783 argued that the grievance arose under the collective bargaining agreement and therefore should be subject to arbitration...
