Christopher Earl Roberts entered into a plea agreement with the Government and, following a guilty plea of violating 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), was sentenced to 168 months of imprisonment. This appeal presents the question whether the Government breached the plea agreement by lending its support to an enhanced sentence for Roberts.
