Petitioner, Corwin Carl Catwell ("Petitioner"), seeks review of the decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") that vacated the decision of the Immigration Judge ("IJ") granting cancellation of removal, and instead entered a final order of removal against him.
