Appellants Eurofins Pharma US Holdings and Viralliance Inc. appeal the dismissal of their complaint by the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, which held that it lacked personal jurisdiction over the appellees, BioAlliance Pharma SA, Viralliance SAS, and Gilles Avenard, and also dismissed the action under the doctrine of forum non conveniens.
