OPINION

COOK, Circuit Judge.

Alejandro and William Domenech appeal their convictions for multiple firearm and drug trafficking offenses, the inculpating evidence for which came from a warrantless search of their motel room. Because the Domenech brothers' legitimate expectation of privacy entitled them to suppression, we reverse.
