In this appeal, Senator Roland Burris challenges a permanent injunction entered by the district court after our decision in Judge v. Quinn, 612 F.3d 537 (7th Cir. 2010) ("Judge I"). That injunction states that the State of Illinois will hold a special election on November 2, 2010.
