In various conversations online and by telephone, Danny W. Orr attempted to convince a woman he met online to move to Michigan with her three- and five-year-old daughters for the purpose of "training" them to become sexual "slaves." The woman eventually agreed, and Orr purchased train tickets for her and the two children. Unbeknownst to Orr, however, the "woman" with whom he was communicating online was actually a male police
