Maurice Duhaney petitions for review of the April 22, 2008, decision by the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA"), finding Duhaney removable as an alien convicted of an aggravated felony under Immigration and Nationality Act ("INA") section 237(a)(2)(A)(iii), 8 U.S.C. § 1227(a)(2)(A)(iii).
