Appellants Joe Kennedy ("Kennedy") and the Kennedy Center for Real Estate Education, Inc. ("KCREE") appeal the district court's order denying them damages, attorneys' fees, and costs in an action for trademark infringement against Appellees Seller Agency Council, Inc. ("SAC"), RealtyU, Inc. ("RealtyU"), and Stefan Swanepoel ("Swanepoel"). The district court found that Appellants are the owners of the trademarks in question...
