The defendant was charged, along with Arlandis Issac, with armed bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2113(a), (d). He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 110 months in prison. (Issac, not an appellant in this case, also pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 168 months.) The question presented by the appeal is whether the district judge was correct to add two levels to the defendant's base offense level pursuant to section 2B3.1...
